Educational Qualification:- 60% marks in Diploma in Chemical Engg. (OR) B.Sc. (Maths, Physics, Chemistry) with Chemistry as principal subject with 60% marks. 50% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD
02. Technician - Boiler
Number of Posts:- 26
Educational Qualification:- 60% marks in Diploma in Mechanical Engg. 50% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD. Desirable first class boiler competency certificate.
03.Technician-Electrical
Number of Posts:- 06
Educational Qualification:- 60% marks in Diploma in Electrical Engg. 50% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD.
04.Technician- Instrumentation -
Number of posts:- 03
Educational Qualification:- 60% marks in Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication Engg.50% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD.

•On submission of your online application form you will get a system generated 12 Digit Application Number (Please note that
this application No. is important and will be required for all future references throughout the selection process).

Application Fee for HPCL Technicians & Craftsman Recruitment 2014:-
600/- (fee inclusive of service tax @ 12.36 % and bank charges of Rs. 35/-)
SC/ST and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Procedure for HPCL Technicians & Craftsman Recruitment 2014:-
•The Selection Procedure for HPCL HPCL Technicians & Craftsman Recruitment 2014 shall consists of written test and personal interview.
• The written test shall consist of sections of General Aptitude Test and Technical / Professional Knowledge.
• The written test is likely to be conducted at 5 Centers. i.e., Mumbai, Vishakhapatnam, Kolkata, Chennai & Delhi
•Aspirants qualifying in the Written Test will be called for Personal Interview/s, in order of the category-wise and position wise merit list of the Written Test in a predetermined ratio.
•85 percent weightage will be given to performance in written test and 15 percent to personal interview.
