AMEEE 2015:- Do you wish to secure B.Tech admission at Amrita University? Then you cannot possibly ignore this write-up and most importantly AMEEE.
Amrita Examination-Engineering is conducted every academic year in more than 75 cities across India for admission to first year B.Tech programmes at the three schools of engineering located at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore. This undergraduate engineering entrance test is administered by the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University.

Eligibility for AMEEE 2015:-
• Age:- Applicant should be born on or after July 01, 1993.
• Educational Qualification:-
a) Class 12 in science stream with 60 percent aggregate in subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. (55 percent in case of SC/ST candidates).
b) Three Diplomas in engineering with 60 percent aggregate awarded by State Board of Technical Education.• Those appearing for the above examinations in March/April 2014 are expected to secure the following aggregate in terms of marks.
How to apply for AMEEE:-
You can get application form for AMEEE 2015. online, by post or by demand draft and cash payment.
• Online: The online application form for AMEEE 2015 is available on Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University website. The form has to be filled online. Payment of application fee can done through net banking facility.
• By Post: On a written request with complete communication details and demand draft you can obtain application form from the Admission Co-coordinators of Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore.
• By demand draft: You can also obtain application form through University Counter of Amrita School of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore.
• By cash payment: Application form can also be obtained from designated branches of AXIS Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Axis Bank (Tamilnadu) and Federal Bank. Application forms are available at select post offices.
AMEEE 2015 Application Fee:-
AMIE 2014 Application Fee is Rs 1000 (rupees one thousand only). This application fee contains entire application kit which includes application form, university brochure, information handbook and examination. Application fee once paid would be not be refunded.
AMEEE 2015 Exam Pattern :
• Duration: Three hours (180 minutes)
• Number of Questions: 120 questions
• Total Marks: 360 marks.
• Three marks for every right answer.
• One mark for a wrong answer.
• Questions per section:-
a) Mathematics: 50 questions
b) Physics: 30 questions
c) Chemistry: 35 questions

Amrita University participating institutes are Amrita Schools of Engineering accepting AMEEE score for admission to first year engineering programmes. Affiliated to the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham these institutes are located at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore.
