Defence Research and Development Organization welcomes online applications from eligible and interested aspirants for direct recruitment to the posts of Scientist 'B', Scientist 'C', Scientist 'D', Scientist 'E' and Scientist 'F'. DRDO Recruitment & Assessment Centre (RAC) Scientist Recruitment 2014:
•Scientist ‘F’ (Rs 37,400-67,000/ - & Grade Pay 8,900/-) –13 Vacancies
•Scientist ‘E’ (Rs 37,400-67,000/ - & Grade Pay Rs 8,700/-) – 18 Vacancies
•Scientist ‘D’ (Rs 15,600 -39,100/- & Grade Pay Rs 7,600/-) – 18 Vacancies
•Scientist ‘C’ (Rs 15,600-39,100/-& Grade Pay 6,600/-) – 32Vacancies
•Scientist ‘B’ (Rs 15,600-39,100/- & Grade Pay 5,400/-) – 24 Vacancies
Educational qualification:
Essential: First class Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized board or university.
Desired: Masters degree in Engineering or Technology in required discipline.
Experience:-
•Scientist ‘F’: At least 13 years experience.
•Scientist ‘E’:At least 10 years experience.
•Scientist ‘D’:At least 07 years experience.
•Scientist ‘C’: At least 03 years experience.
•Scientist ‘B’: experienced not required.

Eligible and experienced candidates are required to apply online alongwith legible and lighter file containing scanned copies of certificates for essential and higher educational qualification, experience claimed in the column pertaining to employment history of online application, Document/certificate in support of last pay drawn, recent coloured passport size photograph and the required fee through RAC website http://rac.gov.in .

Registration number is invariably to be mentioned at the time of submission of application.
Candidates are advised to retain a copy of application form and acknowledgement slip.
Application fee for DRDO Recruitment & Assessment Centre (RAC) Scientist Recruitment 2014
The application is Rs 50/- which is to be paid online. Women, SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
CHECK LIST:-
(a)Attached scanned copies of the requisite certificates with application
(b) Rightly indicated the item number, subject and the post applied for.
(c) Uploaded recent colour passport size photograph.
(d) Paid requisite fee through online mode if you belong to UR/OBC Category(except
woman).
(e) Attached a requisite caste/disability certificate in case you belong to SC/ST/OBC/PH
category.
(f) Forwarded relieving certificate in case you are a retired Armed forces personnel.
(g) Forwarded application accompanied with NOC alongwith copy of online application
failing which giving the Registration Number of online application if already
employed as stated in para-3.
(h) Retained the photocopy of filled application form.
