At Bank branches: July 18, 2014 (Friday) to August 11, 2014 (Monday)
Date of Online Test: Around the fourth week of September 2014.

Eligibility:-
Age Limit: Aspirants aged between 18 and 28 years of age are eligible to apply.
Age Relaxations:-
SC/ST candidates (05 years) 33 years
OBC candidates (03 years) 31 years
PWD
(Gen) 10 years
(OBC) 13 years
(SC/ST) 15 years
Educational Qualification:-
a) Graduation (Bachelors degree) with minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks with knowledge of word processing on PC (pass class in case of SC/ST candidates).
b) A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category should either be a graduate of a recognized university or should have passed matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defence service.
c) Ability to read, write, speak and understand the language used in the state.

STEP 02: Click on the link OPPORTUNITIES AT RBI>CURRENT VACANCIES> VACCANCIES
STEP 03: Click on the hyperlink “Recruitment for the post of Assistant”in the Advertisement page for filling the On-line Application.
STEP 04: Enter basic details and upload photograph and signature.
STEP 05: Fill in details carefully and click on the "Submit" button on completion of online application.
(PS:Board will not entertain any request for change of any information furnished in On-line application, SO CHECK YOUR FORM BEFORE SUBMISSION !!).
STEP 06: The system will generate your Provisional Registration/Receipt Number and Password. (An email or SMS with the following details will also be sent.
Application Fees/ Intimation Charges (Non- Refundable) Payable from 16.07.2014 to 06.8.14 (Online payment) and 18.07.2014 to 11.08.2014 (Offline payment) both dates inclusive] shall be as follows
- Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXS. (Intimation Charges)
- Rs. 450 /- for OBC/General candidates (Examination fee+ Intimation Charges)
Bank Transaction charges for Offline/ Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by you.
Procedure of selection for RBI Assistant Recruitment 2014
Procedure of selection for RBI Assistant Recruitment 2014 consists of Online test and interview.
Online Exam Pattern:-
Duration:- 2 Hours
Test of Reasoning - 40 questions - 40 marks
Test of English Language - 40 questions - 40 marks
Test of Numerical Ability - 40 questions - 40 marks
Test of General Awareness - 40 questions - 40 marks
Test of Computer Knowledge - 40 questions - 40 marks
Total:- 200 Questions
Total:- 200 Marks
The above tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
Negative Marking: 1/4th mark will be deducted for wrong answer.
Candidates will have to pass in each section of the test.
