Indian Navy SSC Officer Recruitment 2014 Notification, Application Procedure


Indian Navy has notified Indian Navy SSC Officer Recruitment 2014 for young and aspiring women wishing to join the armed forces as short service commissioned officers in Military Nursing Services. Interested applicants wishing to apply for this recruitment are required to submit their applications latest by January 14, 2013 (Tuesday). • General Eligibility: Must be Indian citizen (even spouse, if married).
• Age: Applicants born between January 13, 1979 and January 14, 1993 (inclusive of both days) are eligible to apply.
• Educational Qualification: Should have completed PG/P BSc/B.Sc Nursing from an INC recognized university.
• Registration: Should be a registered nurse or midwife from a State Council.
• Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible to apply.
• Employability: Applicants serving as SSC in MNS are liable to serve for a period of five years extendable to a total tenure of 14 years.
• Posting: Anywhere in India in Military Nursing Service in Army, Navy, Airforce.


Indian Navy SSC Officer Recruitment Procedure for Application:

 

Applicants wishing to apply for Indian Navy SSC officer Recruitment 2014 are required to submit application form in the prescribed format with passport sized photograph attested by a Gazette Officer and duly affixed on the right hand space of application form. The enclosure for the same should contain attested copies of relevant certificates, two self addressed envelopes size (27x12 cm) one with Rs 40/- postal stamp and the other with Rs 7/- postal stamp and demand draft. The following enclosure should be posted to

Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), Adjutant General’s Branch, Dte Gen of Medical Services (Army)/DGMS-4B, Room No 45, ‘L’ Block Hutments, New Delhi – 110 001.

Attested copies of the following documents should be attached with application form

1. Matriculation certificate/School Leaving Certificate (for Date of Birth)
2. Valid registration certificate of updated PG/P BSc/B.Sc Nursing course.
3. PG/P BSc/B.Sc Nursing certificates and mark sheets.
4. NCC Certificate (if any)
5. Character Certificate (attested by a Gazette Officer)
6. Proof of Indian nationality (nationality, domicile certificate) issued by Tehsildar/SDM.
7. No objection certificate from present employer, if employed.
8. Two self addressed envelopes size (27x12 cm) with Rs 40/- and Rs 7/-postal stamp. 

Application fee: Application fee payable in the form DD of SBI of Rs 150/- (Rupees one hundred and fifty only) in favour of DGAFMS (APF) Fund, payable at SBI, Central Secretariat, New Delhi is to be enclosed. Name and address of the candidate must be written on the reverse side of the demand draft.

Procedure of Selection:-

Procedure of Selection consists of interview.
