Maharashtra PGD PGM CET is a state level post graduate medical examination. Administered by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) on behalf of the government of Maharashtra this test is an entrance examination for medical post graduate courses (MD/MS/Diploma) and Dental post graduate courses (MDS). This exam is pre-requisite for medical aspirants of the state as 50 percent of seats in medical and dental colleges are filled through this examination.Important Dates for Maharashtra PGD-PGM CET 2014:

Eligibility:-
• Educational Qualification: MBBS or BDS along with compulsory internship.
• Additional Qualification: Membership in Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India/State Medical Council.
• MBBS and BDS aspirants who are practicing their final year internship are also eligible to apply provided they fulfill eligibility criteria.
• Most of all the candidate must be an Indian citizen, preference will be given to residents of the state of Maharashtra.
