Swami Vivekanand Subharti University is a University under section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956 having been set up under the Swami Vivekanand Subharti Vishwavidhaylaya in the year 2008. The University has got 14 constituent colleges at present which provide higher education in almost all the disciplines.

Campus:-
The University is spread over a large campus of over 200 acres having magnificent buildings and a majestic array of its constituent colleges, residential complexes for teaching and non-teaching staff and hostels for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Besides, a huge Central Library with more than 51,000 books and 385 journals, it has a 1023 bedded multi-specialty hospital with 151 critical care beds, equipped with all modern medical facilities. The campus also includes an auditorium, a canteen, playground, gymnasium, ATM facility, and post office, an STD / ISD phone booth and a co-operative store.
