About:-
West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) has been set up by an Act of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly in the year 2003 for better management of the health and medical education related courses which were so far taught separately by the University of Calcutta, and the Universities of Burdwan and North Bengal.

How to Apply:-
• Students willing to seek admission in the university can apply through online process. Forms will be available on the official website.
• Demand Draft of admission fees and the prescribed certificates need to be attached with the application form and submitted in the admin office before due date.

Students can pay the registration as well as course fees through Demand Draft.
Criteria for Admissions:-
• Candidates with merit marks will only be selected for the courses provided in the university.
• The original entry qualification of HSC/ Diploma Certificate or Degree or Provisional Certificate and a copy attested must be submitted during the time of admission.
• University has fixed some appropriate criteria for each of the courses offered by them; candidates need to follow them strictly.
