Delhi University offers Bachelors of Management Studies (BMS) with honors in management studies. This relatively new course was introduced by the university following the discontinuation of BBE,BBS and BFIF course. Delhi University's BMS course offered by the Faculty of Management Studies is of four years divided into eight semesters.Within a relatively short span of time, the bachelors with honors in Management Studies has become DU's most sort after course. Admission to the course is based on performance in the entrance test followed by an interview and academic record.
Duration:- 4 years, 8 semesters
Eligibility:-
a) The candidate should have passed/appeared in Senior Secondary School Examination of CBSE or any other examination considered equivalent by the University of Delhi.
b) The candidate should have appeared and secured pass marks in English and three subjects from among the following:Accountancy, Agriculture, Biology, Biotechnology, Business Studies, Chemistry,Commerce, Computer Science, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Geography, History, Informatics Practices,Mathematics,Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Psychology and Sociology.
c) The average marks scored in the four subjects mentioned in (b) above for the different categories should be as follows
Percentage of marks required for different categories in class XII are as follows;
General - at least 60%
OBC - at least 54%
CW/PWD - at least 55%
SC/ST - at least 50%
