Age:-
• For all posts of Manager Technical the age limit for aspirants is 35 years.
• For the post of Manager- Security age limit is 25-40 years of age.
Eligibility:-
Manager Technical (Electrical / Mechanical):-
• Qualification:- BE / B Tech / AMIE in Electrical / Mechanical or Production or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience:- Three (3) years post qualification industrial experience in relevant field of specialization. Preference will be given to candidates who have additional experience of working in Project Appraisal Groups of PSBs / FIs.
Manager Technical - Chemical
• Qualification:-ME / M Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Manager Technical - Logistics
• Qualification:-ME / M Tech in Transportation Engineering.
Manager Technical - Metallurgy
• Qualification:-ME / M Tech in Metallurgical Engineering.
Manager Technical – Structural
• Qualification:-ME / M Tech in Structural Engineering.
Manager Technical - Textile
• Qualification:- ME / M Tech in Textile Engineering.
Manager Technical - Thermal
• Qualification:- ME / M Tech in Thermal Engineering.
Experience:- One (1) year post qualification industrial experience in relevant field of specialization. Preference will be given to candidates who have additional experience of working in Project Appraisal Groups of PSBs / FIs.
Manager - Security
• Qualification:-Graduation or any equivalent qualification.
Experience:-
• An Officer with 5 years of commissioned service in Army / Navy / Airforce and not below the rank of Captain or equivalent
• An Officer not below the rank of Asst. Commandant in Para Military Forces including Assam Rifles, with 5 years of experience.
• Candidates already retired or retiring on or before 30.04.2014 only are eligible to apply.

• STEP 03: Fill in all necessary details in the online application form
• STEP 04: Upload passport sized photograph and signature.
• STEP 05: Check the form carefully before submitting the same. (Please note that modifications and corrections in the application form will be accepted upto a total of three times).
