Job Description:-
1. Would be responsible for designing and implementing talent management and retention activities for east region.
2. Drive the talent management & retention charter and HR best practices in the region (ensure timely closure of TED SLAs Skip meetings, Confirmatory Appraisals, NMAs, G&O for new employees, Induction for new employees, One on One?s with employees, Reward & Recognition program, s ite visits etc)
