SBI Special Management Executive Recruitment 2014 Notification, Application Procedure

Apply online on website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in for SBI Special Management Executive Recruitment 2014. State Bank of India Limited has advertised recruitment for a total of 165 vacancies for the post of Special Management Executive (Banking) in MMGS III and 135 vacancies for the post of  Special Management Executive (Banking) in MMGS II . Online application for this SBI Recruitment for SME will be accepted between July 24, 2014 (Thursday) and  August 11, 2014 (Monday). An examination will be conducted for recruitment on September 19, 2014 (Friday). The other important details of this recruitment is as follows.

Post: Special Management Executive (Banking)- MMGS III


Number of vacancies: 165 vacancies
Age limit as on 24.07.2014: 25 to 40 years of age
Educational qualification: CA/ ICWA/ ACS MBA/ MMS/ PGDBA/ PGPM/ PGDM with minimum 60% marks in both, Graduation and b) A public sector/ listed Financial MBA/ MMS/ PGDBA/ PGPM/ PGDM (In case of  Institution/ company. CA/ ICWA/ ACS, passing the respective examination is sufficient).

Post qualification experience as on 31-08-2014:-

Minimum 5 years post qualification experience as on 31.08.2014 as an executive in Supervisory/ Management role in:

a) A schedule Commercial Bank/ Associate or subsidiary of a Schedule Commercial Bank OR
b) A public sector/ listed Financial Institution/ company.



Post: Special Management Executive (Banking)- MMGS II

How to apply for SBI Special Management Executive Recruitment 2014?:-


Interested and eligible persons wishing to apply for SBI Special Management Executive Recruitment 2014 are required to submit their application online on www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in. Online application will be accepted from July 24, 2014 (Thursday) to August 11, 2014 (Monday). Application fee for recruitment can be paid either online or offline.

SC/ST/PWD 100/- (Intimation Charges only).
General and Others 500/- (App. Fee including intimation charges).

Procedure of Selection for  SBI Special Management Executive Recruitment 2014:

Persons will be selected on the basis of performance in written test, group discussion and interview.

Test Pattern:-

Online examination consisting objective test for 200 marks and descriptive test for 50 marks. Both the tests will be online. Candidates will be required to answer their descriptive test also online

OBJECTIVE TEST: ONLINE
1. BANKING KNOWLEDGE - 50 Qs - 50 Marks
2. DATA INTERPRETATION & ANALYSIS - 50 Qs - 50 Marks
3. REASONING - 50 Qs - 50 Marks
4. GENERAL AWARENESS - 50 Qs - 50 Marks

Duration:- 120 Minutes

DESCRIPTIVE TEST: ONLINE


ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEST: (LETTER WRITING & ESSAY) - 50 Marks
Duration:- 75 MINUTES

GROUP DISCUSSION (20 MARKS) & INTERVIEW (30) MARKS

The aggregate marks of objective test and descriptive test of the qualified candidates will be arranged in descending order of merit and only candidates maximum three times the number of vacancies in each category will be called for group discussion and interview.

The qualifying marks in group discussion and Interview will be as decided by the bank.

Final Selection

Candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-I and Phase-II separately. Marks secured by the candidates in the Written Test (out of 250 marks) will be converted to out of 75 and marks secured in Group Discussion & Interview (out of 50 marks) will be converted to out of 25. The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Examination and Group Discussion & Interview out of 100 for each category. The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.

Roll numbers of the candidates who have qualified for Phase II and those finally selected will be made available on the Bank';s website. Roll numbers of selected candidates will also be published in Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar.
