Good News for candidates wishing to join HPCL as Engineers. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has announced HPCL Recruitment of Graduate Engineers through GATE 2015. Eligible candidates wishing to apply are requested to apply online on www.hindustanpetroleum.com for this latest HPCL Recruitment through GATE. In addition to this, engineering aspirants are also required to appear for GATE exam 2015 in respective engineering discipline, as GATE score will be used for short listing. Eligibility Criteria for HPCL Recruitment of Graduate Engineers through GATE 2015:-
· Age Limit as on June 30, 2015: 25 years
· Age Relaxation: Maximum age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBC -NC and 10 years for PWD (UR), 13 years for PWD (OBC-NC) and 15 years for PWD (SC/ST) candidates, as applicable.
· Educational Qualification:-
a. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in the above mentioned disciplines.
b. All the qualifications should be 4 years full-time regular course/s from AICTE approved/ UGC recognized University/Deemed University.
c. The courses offered by Autonomous Institutions should be equivalent to the relevant courses approved/ recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/UGC/AICTE.
d. Candidates (General and OBC) should have a minimum 60 percent mark aggregate, relaxed to 50 percent for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
e. Candidates appearing for their final year of engineering studies are also eligible to apply.
f. However if selected they must produce their final mark sheet by 31st August 2015. At the time of applying, candidates (belonging to General and OBC 3 NC category) should have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks up to last semester examinations which is relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Physical and Medical Fitness:- Candidates seeking to employed as Engineers with HPCL need to be medically fit as per Hindustan Petroleum’s Pre-Employment Medical Standards.
Compensation:-
· During Training: Rs 33,000 per month
· Salary Scale: Rs 24,500- Rs 50,500/-
· Retention Amount: An amount of Rs. 5000/- per month will be deducted as retention amount from the total emoluments for first six months during the period of training.
