Jai Narain Vyas University, formerly known as University of Jodhpur is situated in Jodhpur and was started in the year 1962. Accredited with "B" grade by the NAAC, is the only residential university in the state of Rajasthan, catering mainly to the needs of students of western Rajasthan.

• Students can apply to University by collecting the prospectus cum application form from the university campus itself.
• Duly filled form, registration fees, required certificates and other documents must be submitted to the office on or before the last date of the submission.
• Admission will be done strictly on the merit basis of the students.
• The original entry qualification of HSC/ Diploma Certificate or Degree or Provisional Certificate and a copy attested must be submitted during the time of admission.
• Eligibility rules as specified for each course shall be strictly followed and shall not be relaxed under any circumstance.
