• Students can apply to University by downloading the admission form from the official website of the university or one can collect the prospectus cum application form from the university campus itself.
• Filled application form and the attested documents requested by the university must be submitted during the admission process.

Students can pay the registration as well as course fees through Demand Draft in favour of "Registrar, BGSB University”, payable at J&K Bank, BGSB University Campus Rajouri.
Criteria for Admissions:-
• The original entry qualification of HSC/ Diploma Certificate or Degree or Provisional Certificate and a copy attested must be submitted during the time of admission.
• All the eligibility rules fixed for each of the programmes must be tracked by the aspirants applying for it.
• Applicants applying for any of the course in the university will be given admission on his/ her merit marks.
Results:-
Results for the varied courses offered are generally announced depending upon the exams conducted. Students can view their results online through the official website of the university.
