Indian Navy is now accepting applications from interested and eligible candidates for permanent commission as Officer in Law cadre of the executive branch for the course starting June 2014 at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala Kerala. Interested aspirants can apply online on www.nausena-bharti.nic.in between 31/01/2014 (Friday) and 17/02/2014 (Monday).
• Start date for online registration: 31/01/2014 (Friday)
• Last date for online registration: 17/02/2014 (Monday)
• Shortlisting of candidates: April/May 2014
• Start of course: June 2014.

Before applying for Indian Navy Permanent Commission Officer in the Law Cadre of Executive Branch Recruitment 2014 please ensure that you fulfill the following eligibility criteria.
• Post: Permanent Commission Officer
• Cadre: Law
• Branch: Executive
• Age: Candidates aged between 22 and 27 years of age are eligible to apply. (Candidates born between 02 June 1987 and 01 June 1992 and both days inclusive are eligible to apply).
• Educational Qualification: A degree in Law qualifying for enrollment as an advocate under Advocate Act 1961 with minimum 55 percent marks.
Physical Standards (there is no relaxation in physical standards)
• Height: minimum 157 cm with co-related weight.
• Eye sight: 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses

Commencement of course: June 2014
Stages of Training
• Naval Orientation Course at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala Kerala
• Professional Training at various naval establishments/units/ships.
Duties of Law Officer:-
• Advisory Role on different subjects of the law.
• The duty of law officer is not restricted to policy making but also includes implementation and execution.

STEP 02: Click on “ Officer Entry” under “Apply online” on homepage of website.
STEP 03: Fill the application form correctly.
STEP 04: Before submission of form please recheck online application form.
STEP 05: Click on “Submit” button to complete registration.
STEP 06: Take two printouts of the online application form.
STEP 07: One duly filled form along with copies of important documents should be sent with one self addressed envelope of size 22x10 cm with Rs 10 stamp affixed on envelope.
STEP 08: Write on envelope “ONLINE Application no ______ for Law cadre- June 2014 course, Educational qualification __________ Aggregate percentage ___ %
