Himachal Pradesh University International Centre for Distance Education and Open Learning (ICDEOL) offers Bachelor of computer application course through distance mode. Himachal Pradesh University Distance BCA programme is of three years divided into six semesters and admission is done on the basis in merit qualifying examination.There is no age bar as well as no an entrance for candidates applying for BCA distance course through HP University. This program offers candidates with adequate classroom training combined with hands on experience in computer application.
Duration:- Three years
Eligibility:-
40% marks at the 10+2 level. There is no age bar and no entrance examination. Admission will be on the basis of qualifying examination.
B.C.A. PART-II (THREE YEAR DEGREE COURSE)
A candidate should have passed at least 50% of papers of first year to get promoted to the next year.
B.C.A. PART-III (THREE YEAR DEGREE COURSE)
Before the candidate is promoted from second year to third year all the papers of first year and 50% papers of second year should be cleared.

Gujarat University administers centralised admission for Bachelor of Computer Application course through its various affiliated BCA colleges.Application forms for Gujarat University BCA programme are available at various affiliated colleges of university of Gujarat. Common eligibility criteria for candidates is class 12/HSC from a recognized board or university.The minimum marks for open category candidates is 50 percent while students of the reserved category candidates is 45 percent.
