Bank of India Limited a leading public sector banking enterprise headquartered in Mumbai is accepting job applications from interested and eligible candidates for recruitment of Specialist Security Officers in middle management grade scale-II. Graduates from recognized universities or officers with minimum five years of commissioned service in the armed forces aged between 25 and 40 years of age are eligible to apply. Eligibility Criteria:-
Age: (as on 31.12.2013): Individuals aged between 25 and 40 years of age are eligible to apply.
Educational qualification:-
• Graduation or equivalent
• certification course in computers or information technology
• or related papers as a subjects at graduate level or afterwards.
Experience:-
• Officer with minimum five years of commissioned service in the army/navy/airforce.
• Police Officer not below the rank of Assistant Suprintendent of Police or Deputy Suprintendent of Police with minimum five years of commissioned service.

STEP 04: Scan photograph and signature as per following specifications
STEP 05: Fill in online application form
STEP 06: Upload photograph and signature.
STEP 07: Submit form after verification.
STEP 08:Print Application and affix photograph – to submit the same at the time of interview with following documents:
a. Copy of receipted challan
b. Attested copy of School leaving certificate or any other document showing proof of age acceptable to the Bank.
c. Attested copies of Mark sheets / certificates in support of Educational Qualification;
d. Attested copy of certificate of Computer Course, as applicable;
e. Any other related certificate as applicable i.e. Caste Certificate etc.
Application Fee:-
• Application fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs 600/-
• Application fee for SC/ST and ex-servicemen is Rs 100/-
Procedure of Selection: Selection consists of group discussion and interview.
• Group Discussion Marks :- Minimum qualifying marks in group discussion will be 40% for General and 35% for SC/ST/OBC category and the same will be of qualifying nature only.
• Interview Marks :- Maximum marks for interview will be 100. Minimum qualifying marks in Interview are 50% for General Category and 45% for SC/ST/OBC category
