IAS Online Application Form 2014 | Registration | Prelims | Main

Each year UPSC receives scores of applications for the Indian Administrative Services Examination. India’s computer penetration is at less than 10 percent and in this scenario it is fitting that an exam like IAS continues to accept online and offline application of aspirants. Thus this dual application procedure continues to provide equal opportunities for aspirants from different parts of the country. Following is a step by step procedure for online and offline application followed by a list of do’s and don’ts for application.

 


ONLINE

·  Log on UPSC official website. http://upsconline.nic.in/index.php

·  New Users are required to create a login ID. (In this step you are required to provide basic personal details and register with a valid email ID).

·  Once you have successfully completed registration you will be issued your Login ID and password. (This login ID and password is important for online application).

·  Next Click on the Online Recruitment application link for IAS exam.

·  Click on Apply now link

·   Login now using your user ID and password.

·   The registration process consists of two parts Part I and II.

·   During the first part of the process you are required to upload passport sized photograph and signature.

·   Next you are required to make payment of application fee. There are three options for payment of application fee.

a) Cash payment in any branch of State Bank of India.

b) Payment through debit or credit card.

c)  Payment through net banking facility.

 (Please note that payment of application fee is important in order to be able to proceed to the next part of registration).

·  Click on preview button before submission of online application form

·  Note registration number obtained on successful completion of online application.

OFFLINE

·   Obtain application form from any of the specified post offices.

·   Make payment of application fee for the exam.

·   Fill up the IAS application form.

·   Send the application form to the address mentioned in the notification before last date of submission.

Some DO’s and DON’Ts for filling up of IAS application form

DO’s

1.    Before submission of application form please ensure that

·   The name and year of examination is correctly indicated on AF.

·   You have entered all the required information in online AF.

·   Photograph is pasted firmly in the space provided for the same.

·   Changed responses are darkened completely.

·   You have signed the declaration.

·   That you are using pre addressed envelope supplied with mail application form and number

·   You have read relevant rules for application and examination.

·   You note eight digit registration number.

DON’Ts

·  Do not use photocopy of application form.

·  Do not make any unwanted marks on the form.

·  Do not staple, pin, mutilate, scribble, tear, or wet the form.

VITEEE Online Application Form 2014 | Registration |

As mentioned you can apply either online or offline for VITEEE 2014.VITEEE online application forms are available on VIT university official website. Following are a set of instructions that need to be followed in VITEEE online application procedure.

• Keep ready scanned copy of recently taken passport sized photograph (50 to 100 KB) (Dimension 3.5cm X 4.5cm) in JPG or JPEG format.
• Keep ready scanned copy of signature (50 to 100KB) (Dimensions 3.5cm x 1.5 cm)in JPG or JPEG format.
• Payment of fee can done through internet banking facility,debit card or credit card.
• You can also make payment of application fee through DD of Rs 925 drawn in favor of ‘VIT university’ and payable at Vellore.
• It is mandatory that the hardcopy of the filled out application form be sent to VIT university.
• All correspondence that includes booking of center and issue of e-admit card will be done through registered email-ID. Hence you are required to enter a valid email ID and mobile number for correspondence.

Following are a set of instructions for VITEEE offline application procedure.

1. The offline application for VITEEE 2014 can be obtained against cash payment of Rs 975/-from designated branch of Post Officies. (http://www.vit.ac.in/admissions/plist.asp)

2. Application forms can also be obtained by sending a request letter containing complete address and mobile number to the Director, UG Admissions, VIT University, Vellore. A demand draft of Rs 975/- drawn in favor of ‘VIT university’ and payable at Vellore should be accompany the request letter.

3. By submitting a DD of Rs 975/- in person you can obtain VITEEE application form from any of the following addresses:-

4. It is mandatory that the filled out application form be sent to VIT university.

PSTET Online Application Form 2014 | Registration |


Following is step by step procedure to apply online for PSTET application form.

STEP 01: Online registration- Eligible candidates wishing to apply for PSTET paper I or paper II and both are required to apply online on PSTET official website. Before online registration please keep the following documents in hand (recent testimonials, scanned passport sized photograph and signature). Candidates wishing to apply for PSTET Paper I or Paper II need not apply separately. Single registration is sufficient. You are advised to fill information carefully as no changes would be possible after successful registration.

STEP 02: Upload of Photograph and signature- It is compulsory for candidates to upload passport sized photograph and signature in order to complete registration process carefully. Printing of confirmation page is not possible without upload of photograph and signature. The file size of both documents should be less than 1MB.

STEP 03: Printing of Bank Challan- After successful registration you are required to make payment of examination fee. You are required to take two copies of bank challan (one for you and the other for the bank). After taking a print of the bank challan you can deposit the fee at the concerned bank. Payment of application fee can also be made through credit card.

STEP 04: Confirmation of Examination Fee- After 48 hours of deposition of examination fee, fee status will be updated on login page. Please note that you can proceed to the next step only if you complete confirmation of examination fee.

STEP 05: Dispatching of confirmation page- First sign on the specified space on confirmation page. Please take a photocopy of the confirmation page for future reference. The Confirmation Page must be dispatched in an envelope of size 12 x 9. You are required to paste address slip on the envelope superscribing APPLICATION FOR PSTET. The following needs to be sent to Post Box No.1828, Post Office Sector 62, and Mohali (Punjab) PIN 160062 through ordinary post.

Points to be noted:-

• If you find any difficulty in applying for PSTET you can contact PSTET helpline 1860-180-1814 from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 am to 06:00 pm. Support center facility is  available for all candidates.
• You are required to keep application number and password secretive. Please do not disclose this information to anyone.
• Candidates who have deposited examination fee and fulfill eligibility criteria will be eligible to appear for the exam.

CLAT Online Application Form 2014 | Registration |


Applicants wishing to apply for CLAT exam are required to apply through CLAT online application form. Following is a list of things you need before and during CLAT online application procedure.

a) Valid email ID and mobile number
b) Computer with internet and connectivity
c) Scanned passport sized photograph (4.3 x3.5)cm and signature (JPEG format)
d) Access to an online payment facility

No other documents are required for filling application form. Original documents issued by competent authority need to be produced at the time of admission.

STEP by STEP CLAT online application procedure

1. REGISTRATION FOR ONLINE APPLICATION: Click on the link “Click Here for online application”. You will be directed to New user registration page. You will be shown a registration form asking for details. Once you fill in details click on the Register button to complete registration. On completion of the same you will be sent an email containing activation link.
(In case you do not find the registration confirmation e-mail in your “Inbox”, please check your “Spam Folder”. If you find the e-mail from application@clat.ac.in in your Spam Folder, please report it as “Not Spam” and/or add the same to your contact list so that the subsequent e-mails from application@clat.ac.in land up in your Inbox).

2. APPLICANT DETAILS: In addition to your name you will be required to provide details like date of birth, sex, nationality, domicile and category. Please note that options marked with red bullets need to be filled in compulsory. If you fail to do so you will not be able to proceed to the next stage of registration.

3. ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS:  Please provide your complete postal address with contact number with email-ID.

4. TEST CENTERS AND UNIVERSITY PREFERENCE: Please note that after submitting your application you will not be able to make any change at any stage of the application/admission process regarding your preference for “Test Centre” and “University” for admission. You are therefore advised to do some prior research and homework before filling the required details in this section.

5. UPLOAD PHOTOGRAPH AND SIGNATURE: Upload passport sized photograph (4.5 X 3.5 cm) with digital copy of signature scanned in 300 dots per inch (dpi).

6. FINAL REVIEW, PAYMENT AND SUBMISSION: Please verify the information provided before making online payment and submission of online form. Click on the I confirm to the above and click on the option “Proceed for Payment” option. On clicking the button “Proceed for Payment”, you will be directed to “Payment Confirmation and Final Submission” page. Then you will have to select the mode of payment from the drop down options and click on the button “Pay Now and Submit Application” to make online payment through “Payment Gateway”. While entering the address in the specified box, please do ensure that the address furnished by you is same as the address as it appears on the Bank/Card Statement. On successful completion of application you will receive an email.

NATA Online Application Form 2014 | Registration |

Filling the NATA application form is the first priority for a candidate appearing for the exam. Registration forms for NATA are available both online on www.nata.in as well as available on payment of registration fee of Rs 1000 at selected ICICI branches. Following is a step wise NATA application procedure.

• STEP 01: First read through the instructions for application carefully and collect the necessary documents required for registration.
• STEP 02: Fill the registration form for the exam carefully and properly.
• STEP 03: Select a test center that is nearer and convenient to you. The list of test centers both activated and non-activated can be viewed on www.nata.in
• STEP 04: After you are done with the same submit your application form along with copies of relevant documents at the designated test center.
• STEP 05: Select a convenient date for appearing for NATA exam.
•STEP 06: Request the test center for registration for that particular date
• STEP 07: Obtain receipt cum appointment from test center.

Documents required for registration:-

1. Attested copy of class 12 certificate.
2. One recent passport sized photograph.
3. Valid photo ID bearing photograph and signature.

Important instruction

You are expected to report to the test center atleast 30 minutes before the scheduled time of the test. Please carry the following documents in person for the exam.

a) Receipt cum appointment voucher
b) valid photo ID
c) drawing material required for the exam.

The personnel at the test center will guide you about the other requirements for the exam.

COMDEK UGET Online Application Form 2014 | Registration |

COMEDK UGET Online application form is made available on COMDEK official website. This form has to be filled online by candidates wishing to appear for the COMDEK UGET exam. On completing the online application procedure candidates are also required to make payment of application fee through demand draft and send the same along with confirmation page and other relevant documents to the COMEDK office. It is requested that you read application instruction carefully before filling in online application form. Following is the application procedure for this exam.

• STEP 01: Log on to COMDEK official website and click on the link COMDEK online application form.
• STEP 02: Make payment of online application fee. This can done through DD drawn in favor of COMDEK and payable at Bangalore.
• STEP 03: Please write your name on the reverse of the demand draft. Please note that DD drawn from any other bank other than the ones mentioned in the information brochure will not be accepted.
• STEP 04: Fill in details in the online form carefully without making any mistakes. Click on the submit button on completion of the same.
• STEP 05: You will receive an automated six digit application number. Save this six digit application number. This application number should also be noted on the reverse side of the demand draft.
• STEP 06: Your application form details will appear on screen. Verify them carefully before taking two printouts of the same.
• STEP 07: One form should be retained and the other should be sent along with birth certificate, identity proof and required documents by speed post only before the last date of form submission.

AIPVT Online Application Form 2014 | Registration |

One can apply only through offline mode for the AIPVT exam. Application forms for the AIPVT exam can be obtained from Registrar offices of the Veterinary Council. Information brochure and application forms can also be obtained through demand draft drawn in favor of the Veterinary Council of India.


1. The information brochure and application form for AIPVT 2014 can be obtained through Post, by sending DD of Rs 1600 (Rs 850 for reserved categories) drawn in the favour of the "Veterinary Council of India- Examination Fund", payable at New Delhi. The Demand Draft should be sent at the following address:- Controller of Examination, Veterinary Council of India, ‘A’ Wing, 2nd Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066.

While requesting for  information bulletin and application form by post you are  required to send

  • Demand draft of Rs 1600 for general (Rs 850 for SC/ST category). Payment through any other mode will not be accepted. 
  • Demand draft prior to the date of advertisement will not be accepted. 
  • Two plain paper slips with you name and address (in capital letters) with pin code. 

2.The prospectus and application form can be obtained from the office of the Registrars of Veterinary Council in person against  payment of Rs. 1500 (Rs. 750 for reserved categories) through demand draft drawn in favor of "Veterinary Council of India Examination Fund" and payable at New Delhi on any of the following schedule banks.

3.Information Bulletin and application form can also be obtained by hand against payment of cash at the following branches of Vijaya Bank (Rs 1500 in case of general category candidates and Rs 750 for reserved category candidates)

AIPMT Online Application Form - Get all the information about AIPMT 2014 Registration and Apply Online.

Candidates wishing to appear for AIPMT exam are required to apply through AIPMT online application form.  Please note that the application forms for the AIPMT exam are available on the official website. Please read through the instructions for online application carefully before filling the online registration form.

STEP 01: Before filling online application form you are required to make payment of application fee. This can be done through demand draft (in favor of Secretary CBSE Delhi, payable at Delhi) or debit or credit card. Before the process of application remit the demand draft or keep the payment details of debit credit card.

STEP 02: Fill in online application form carefully. Please mention mode of payment and other details  as mentioned to be provided in the application form.

STEP 03: Check the online application carefully for any changes and edit them if necessary. Please note that no changes will be entertained after submission.

STEP 04: Click on submit button and submit registration form.

STEP 05: Note the registration number generated by the system. This is important for future reference.

STEP 06: Please note that confirmation page will be generated only on payment of application fee.

STEP 07: Take four printouts of the confirmation page and address slip.

STEP 08: Paste passport sized photograph on confirmation page and send it to the following address. (Please note that this step is applicable in case of payment of fee through DD).

AFCAT Online Application Form 2015 | Registration |

Those wishing to apply for Airforce Common Admission Test (AFCAT) exam are required to fill in AFCAT online application form. The registration form for the same is available on AFCAT official website. Following is a set of instructions before submitting online applications for Air Force Common Admission Test.

1. First read through notification carefully.
2. Keep all necessary documents close at hand for reference. (Pass certificate and mark sheets of Secondary School (Class X), Senior Secondary School (Class XII) Graduation and Post Graduation (if applicable).
3. Keep recent passport sized photograph (resolution 10 KB to 250 KB). This is important as the same photograph is used for admit card issued for examination.
4. Keep softcopy of signature or finger print.

Explained below is a step by step procedure for applying for AFCAT 2015 exam

• STEP 01: Login to AFCAT official website (www.careersairforce.nic.in)

• STEP 02: Create Login ID: Click on apply online button. If you are a new user you will be directed to a new page where you will be required to provide basic information (name, date of birth as mentioned in educational certificate). You are also required to provide e-mail ID.

• STEP 03: Now Login using your registration ID and password: Click on apply online link. In the next part you will asked your preference in terms of the branches of the IAF. Atleast one course of the three choices of AFCAT centers are mandatory to proceed with submission.

• STEP 04: Upload softcopies of passport sized photograph and signature or finger print.

• STEP 05: Fill in necessary details in the AFCAT registration form

• STEP 06: Check through the form before final submission: On completion of the previous stage a preview of the application will be provided before final submission. Please note that no changes can be made after the submission of online application form.

• STEP 07: Submit application form: On successful submission of application form the same will be indicated on left side window with the message.

Instructions for uploading photograph on website.

1. Make sure the photo presents full head from top of hair to bottom of chin.
2. Center the head with the frame.
3. The person should be facing the camera and should have neutral expression.
4. Photo must be 2 inches x2 inches
5. Permitted file size 10 to 250 KB.
6. Image pixel dimension should be in square aspect ratio (meaning the height and width must be equal).
7. Minimum accepted dimensions is 600(width)x600 (height) pixels
8. Maximum accepted dimensions is 1200 (width) x 1200 (height) pixels.

CA CPT Online Application Form 2014 | Registration |

CA CPT aspirants who wish to apply for CA-CPT December exam 2014 are required to apply online. The apply online procedure and important requirements for CA CPT registration is as follows:

Application fee for CA CPT December 2014 exam:
Application fee for candidates whose test center is in India: Rs 500/-
Application fee for candidates whose test center is in Kathmandu or Nepal: Rs 850/-
Application fee for candidates whose test center is in Abu Dhabi (UAE), Bahrain, Doha (Qatar), Dubai: USD 150.
Applications for admission to Common Proficiency Test is required to be made in the relevant prescribed form as contained in the Information Brochure, which can be obtained from the Additional Secretary (Examinations), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110002 on payment of Rs 1000/- (Rs 500/- towards examination fee and Rs 500/- towards cost of application form and Information brochure) per application form.

How to apply online for CA-CPT December exam 2014:

STEP 01: Create your account: 


If you are a new user click on the link for new registration.
• Users who had created login account for any previous exams will have to re-create the account and authenticate their Student Registration Number (eg: NRO0123456) with date of birth,VALID email-id and mobile number.
•In case your Name is not displayed on entering the registration number and Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct particulars. You must submit the copy of registration letter and other relevant documents with your application form in case your login is created as Provisional Candidate.
•Double check your email-id: provided by you in the above step, since the login-id and password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to this email address and mobile only.

STEP 02: Login and pay application fee online: 


Login with your user ID and password.
•Fill the Online Application form carefully, confirm the particulars displayed in the Confirmation Page by tick marking in all the boxes and then clicking Confirm button, and Pay the Fees Online using Master / Visa / Maestro Credit or Debit card.

STEP 03: Login and take a printout of PDF Form:


•Do not print on both sides of the paper.
•Check and ensure that Control Number, Bar code and Payment Particulars are appearing correctly in PDF before taking the print out.

STEP 04: Affix recent passport size photograph and signature:


Paste your passport sized photograph , Sign on the form using black ink pen and get the form attested by Principal/Member of the Institute/gazetted officer, as mentioned in the form printed.
•One photograph should be attested and the other one not attested.

STEP 05: Send a printout:


a) Submission by hand: Application form along with necessary documents can be submitted by hand at any one of the following offices between 10:00 am to 05:00 pm on working days.
