COMEDK PGET- Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges in Karnataka Postgraduate Entrance Test is a paper-pen based state-level postgraduate entrance examination directed by COMEDK for admission to PG medical and dental courses of study in COMEDK colleges

COMDEK: Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges in Karnataka is an association or private medical, engineering and dental colleges in Karnataka. At present, there are 12 Medical and 19 Dental Colleges with 600 seats that form part of COMEDK.

Educational Qualification:-


  • Nationality:- Indian
  • Educational Qualification:- MBBS or BDS from MCI/DCI recognized university.
  • Membership:- Permanent membership with MCI or DCI. 
  • If the applicant has not acquired membership he should do it within two weeks of admission.
  • An applicant applying for COMEDK PGET 2015 should have also completed compulsory internship.


How to apply for COMEDK PGET 2015 ? 

Carefully follow this simple four-step procedure to fill up the COMEDK PGET 2015 Online Application Form.

STEP 01: REGISTRATION:-
• It is mandatory to provide a valid email-ID.
• Fill personal details (RFA, i.e., Request for Application) through the link available in the website separately. 
• Please note that details such as your Name, Date of Birth and email id cannot be changed. (Hence provide correct details).
• On submission of information, your generated password will be sent to your email-ID. 
•  Proceed to Step 02 once you receive your password. 

STEP 02: CONFIRM PASSWORD:-

• Login using your email-ID and password (the same password sent to your email-ID).
•Intimation of the same will also be received as a SMS message on your mobile phone. 
•Now you can fill the COMEDK PGET 2015 Online Application Form (OAF). 

Step 3: FILL UP THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM  (OAF) for COMEDK PGET 2015:-

•Please refer to the Instructions in the window along with the explanation to the different fields carefully, before filling the 
application form. 
•Scan your passport size photograph with the dimensions of 180 x 220 pixels and save in the desktop. Browse the scanned file while 
uploading the photograph. The format of the file should be of .jpg or .jpeg 
•Scan your signature (signed by the candidate himself/herself in a whitepaper with a black ball point pen) with the dimensions of 230 x 
90 pixels and save in the desktop. Browse the scanned file while uploading the Signature. The format of the file should be of .jpg or 
.jpeg 
•Fields Marked with an asterisk * are mandatory. Notified on 03/11/2014 
•Provide all the relevant details carefully. 
•Fill the details of Demand Draft (like DD number, DD Date, Bank Name etc,) carefully. 

Step 4: GENERATION OF APPLICATION NUMBER AND SENDING  PAF:-

•On submission of the application form at this stage, an application number will be generated. 
•Take a print out of the application in A4 size paper and in portrait format (i.e., Physical Application Form – PAF ) 
•Please to note down the application number. 
•All the future correspondence will be made with reference to the application number only. 
•Write your Application Number, Name and Mobile Number on the back side of the Demand Draft. 
•Cross check with the Criteria for Rejection of Physical Application Form (PAF) before sending the same. 
•Send the Physical Application Form (PAF) after affixing the photo and signature along with the DD and all the mandatory documents. 
•Send the Application form through Speed Post only addressed to the

One can apply only through offline mode for the AIPVT exam. Application forms for the AIPVT exam can be obtained from Registrar offices of the Veterinary Council. Information brochure and application forms can also be obtained through demand draft drawn in favor of the Veterinary Council of India.


1. The information brochure and application form for AIPVT 2014 can be obtained through Post, by sending DD of Rs 1600 (Rs 850 for reserved categories) drawn in the favour of the "Veterinary Council of India- Examination Fund", payable at New Delhi. The Demand Draft should be sent at the following address:- Controller of Examination, Veterinary Council of India, ‘A’ Wing, 2nd Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066.

While requesting for  information bulletin and application form by post you are  required to send

  • Demand draft of Rs 1600 for general (Rs 850 for SC/ST category). Payment through any other mode will not be accepted. 
  • Demand draft prior to the date of advertisement will not be accepted. 
  • Two plain paper slips with you name and address (in capital letters) with pin code. 

2.The prospectus and application form can be obtained from the office of the Registrars of Veterinary Council in person against  payment of Rs. 1500 (Rs. 750 for reserved categories) through demand draft drawn in favor of "Veterinary Council of India Examination Fund" and payable at New Delhi on any of the following schedule banks.
