The Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa was founded in the year 2003 and is named after Jan Nayak Chaudhary Devi Lal, the former Deputy Prime Minister of India and the former Chief Minister of Haryana.

Criteria for Admissions:-
• The original entry qualification of HSC/ Diploma Certificate or Degree or Provisional Certificate and a copy attested must be submitted during the time of admission.
• Eligibility rules as specified for each course shall be strictly followed and shall not be relaxed under any circumstance.
