Training duration of management trainees is one year. On successful completion of training they will be appointed as Assistant Managers in Grade II. They are required to serve a bond of two years from the date of appointment as Assistant Manager.

Academic Aptitude:-
Additional General Manager and Deputy General Manager (Finance)
• Member of ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)
• Member of ICAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India) (Former ICWAI)
• MBA or Post graduate degree or diploma in finance with an aggregate of 60 percent marks (55 percent in case of SC candidates).(Full time) from government recognized institute or university.
Work Record:-
• AGM: Minimum 16 years of post qualification experience in public sector enterprise.
• DGM: Minimum 14 years of post qualification experience in public sector enterprise.
(Please note that contract, consultancy or training experience will not be counted).
Management Trainee (Finance)
• Passed final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
• Passed final examination of Institute of Cost Work Accountants of India. (Former ICWAI)
• MBA or Post Graduate Diploma or degree in finance with an aggregate of 60 percent marks [55 percent in case of SC candidates (full time) from government recognized institute or university].

Additional General Manager and Deputy General Manager (Personnel and Administration)
• MBA or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HR/PM& IR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Science/Social Welfare/of 2 year duration from a university or institution recognized by the government. (Full time course)
• Desirable: Graduation in Law.
Work Record
• AGM: Minimum 16 years of post qualification experience in public sector enterprise.
• DGM: Minimum 14 years of post qualification experience in public sector enterprise.

• STEP 02: Click on Link Careers >Recruitment and view recruitment notification.
• STEP 03: Click on link “Register Online” and fill in online application form.
• STEP 04: Upload scanned copies of mentioned documents.
• STEP 05: Click on Submit and take a printout of the AF.
• STEP 06: Candidates applying for the post of AGM and DGM are required to paste recent passport sized photograph on the registration slip and attach certificate of caste if applicable along with latest updated biodata. These documents need to be sent to BDL Office latest by 04.12.2013.

• Date of Birth (SSLC or Matriculation Certificate whichever applicable).
• Qualification documents (Degree certificates and detailed mark sheets of final years/semesters).

• Latest passport sized photograph and signature. (JPG format file size should be less than 184 KB)
Documents to be sent by post for AGM and DGM Posts:
• Duly signed printout of application form.
• Copy of Date of Birth (SSLC or Matriculation Certificate whichever applicable).
• Copy of Qualification documents (Degree certificates and detailed mark sheets of final years/semester).
• Copy of Caste or Community Certificate [Applicable to SC/ST/OBC (Non creamy layer candidates)].
• Copy of Disability Certificate if applicable.
• Copy of Discharge Certificate in case of ex-servicemen if applicable.
•Copy of Latest pay slip.
• Self certified translated copy of SC/OBC/ST (Non Creamy layer) Disability Certificate.
Application Fee:-
• General and OBC candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 400/-.
• SC/ST/ PWD/Ex-SM/Internal Candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Procedure of Selection:-
• AGM and DGM posts: Selection is based on interview.
• Management Trainee (MT) posts: Written Test (Computer based online test) and interview.
