For aspirants seeking post graduate qualification in pharmacy the GPAT exam is a pre-requisite. Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is a national level test administered by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). GPAT score is used for admission to post graduate courses in pharmacy across universities and colleges. This exam is also helpful for aspirants wishing to pursue 2 year UGC AICTE fellowship. Apart from that pharmaceutical corporations have also started considering the prospect of GPAT score for recruitment.

Eligibility:-

Educational Qualification-

a) Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (4 years after class 12).This is common even for lateral entry candidates.

b) Those appearing in their final year of B. Pharma are also eligible to apply.

How to Apply:-

If you wish to apply for GPAT  you are required to register on the AICTE GPAT official website. New users are required to create a login id.

During the online registration process
  • Two passport sized photographs ( 140 x 160) File Size: 60 KB.
  •  Signature (60 x 90) File size: 30 KB
Payment of Fee can be done in any one of the following modes

a)  Net banking-

b)  Credit Card/Debit Card

Once  payment is done you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Once you have received this you can proceed with the next part of registration.

c)  Payment Challan

In case of fee payment through SBI bank challan you are required to pay the fee amount at designated branches of the state bank of India. Three printout of the payment challan must be made. Details need to be filled in all documents. Please note that the journal number is printed correctly on the application.

Once  payment is done you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Once you have received this you can proceed with the next part of registration.

Once you are done with payment you can proceed to the next part of the application. During the course of the same you can also add and modify available data. Once you press the I agree option and click on submit, no changes and modification can be made and application is final.

Please Note:-
  • Print a copy of the online application form for future reference.
  • Kindly note that a choice of 3 cities for online examination centers is provided. Allotment will be made on first come first serve basis.
  • Once you have successfully completed the process you will see a message on your screen stating ‘Thank you for successfully registering for AICTE GPAT Exam’.

 The application fee for candidates is as follows
  • Rs 1,200 +bank charges in case of General and OBC candidates.

If JEE Mains is the semifinal encounter to be considered for admission to IIT colleges in India, JEE Advanced Exam is the final frontier for IIT aspirants. Candidates who clear the JEE main exam earn the exclusive right to appear for JEE advanced exam. The top 1,50,000 candidates shortlisted on the basis of score in JEE Main exam are eligible to appear for JEE advanced exam. This exam is administered by the Joint Admission Board while an IIT is selected as an organizing institute for the particular academic year. For 2014 exam, IIT Kharagpur is the organizing institute.

JEE Advanced 2015 Important Dates:


 • Start date for online registration- May 02, 2015 (Sunday)
• Last date for online registration- May 07, 2015  (Thursday)
• Date of Examination- May 24, 2015 (Sunday) 
• Download of Admit Card- May 09-12, 2015 (Sunday to Thursday)
• Schedule of Exam- 

 a) First session: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
b) Second session: 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM

 • Result- June 18, 2015 (Thursday)


 Eligibility for JEE (ADVANCED) 2015 EXAM:- 

 • Educational Qualification- Qualified JEE Main 2015 candidates are eligible to apply. 
• Age- The age limit for candidates is 25 years of age.
• Relaxations in age- 5 years in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates.
• Number of attempts- Two consecutive attempts.
How to Apply: Candidates are required to register online through JEE Advanced 2015 online application form. The procedure for application is similar to application for JEE Main 2015 Exam. After completing online registration process candidates are required to payment of application fee. This can be done through challan generated during registration process. Application fee needs to be at an SBI branch providing Core Banking Services (CBS).

Joint Entrance Examination (MAIN) is a paper-pen as well as computer based entrance test directed by Central Board of Secondary Education for admission to bachelor degree engineering programs in NIT’s,IIIT's centrally funded institutes, and state participating institutes.

Students who clear the JEE (Main) 2015 earn the chance to appear for Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2015 which will be directed for undergraduate engineering admission in IIT colleges in India.

The number of attempts permitted for JEE Main exam for a students is three. 

JEE Main 2015 Exam pattern:- The JEE Main 2015 exam is based on the Class 12 syllabus in subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. JEE Main consists of two papers 

Paper 1- (B.E/ B.tech):

This will have objective type questions from Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics, with equal weightage to the three. The exam will be conducted in the Pen and Paper Based mode (Offline) as well as Computer Based mode (Online).

Paper 2- (B.Arch/ B. Planning):

This paper will have objective type questions from Mathematics in Part I and Aptitude Test in Part II. Part III is to test drawing aptitude of the candidate. This will be held only in the Pen and Paper Based mode.

Eligibility for JEE Main 2015:- 

 Age:- 

 • General category students born on or after October 01, 1990.
• Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Persons with Disabilities (PwD) students born on or after October 01, 1985.

 Note that date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate will only be considered as final. 

 Year of appearance in Class 12 (Qualifying Examination):- 
  • Only those students who have passed their Class 12 exam or equivalent qualifying examination in 2013 or 2014 or those who are appearing for their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2015 are eligible to apply for JEE Main 2015.
  • Students who passed Class 12th/Qualifying examination in 2012 or before as well as those who will appear in such examination in 2016 or later are not eligible to appear in JEE (Main)-2015.
  • Students who appeared in class 12th/equivalent qualifying Examinations in 2012, did not pass in 2012, but passed in 2013 are also not eligible to appear in JEE (Main) 2015.


 Number of Attempts:- 

 The number of attempts to appear for JEE Main Exam is three. 

 Number of Attempts and Age Limit for states of Maharashtra and Odisha:-

 Since the states of Maharashtra and Odisha  joined JEE (Main) system from 2014. The age limit for admission to institutions in these states which were earlier admitting candidates based on their state level examinations, will be as per their past practice only. Any change in the same will be duly informed and updated.

 How to apply for JEE Main 2015?

 APPLY ONLINE for JEE Main 2015 exam on www.jeemain.nic.in. JEE Main 2015 Online Registration begins from 07th November and ends on 18th December 2014. JEE Main Online Application Form consists of the following three steps

 a) Fill the Application Form
b) Upload of scanned images
c) Payment of application fee 


Aspirant will be able to modify/correct the particulars before the payment of fees. Once the payment of fee has been made / e-Challan downloaded, your candidate particulars CANNOT BE EDITED. JEE Main 2015 aspirants need not send a hardcopy of the completed JEE 2015 online application form and copies of any enclosures to CBSE.

JEE Main Syllabus will be of Class 12 level and will consist of subjects of Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics.

 JEE Main 2015 Selection Process:-

JEE Main score and Class 12 normalized marks in the ratio of 60:40 will be used to calculate All India Rank (AIR).

JEE Main 2015 Reservation of Seats:-
