GPAT Online application form is an aspect wishing to appear for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT). The online application process for the exam consists of following three important stages1. Creation of Login ID
2. Payment of application fee
3. Application form filling
CREATE LOGIN ID
During the self registration process you are first required to create login ID for which you are required to upload
• Two passport sized photographs ( 140 x 160) File Size: 60 KB.
• Signature (60 x 90) File size: 30 KB
Once you complete the same along with important details and submit the same you will receive registration ID and password.
PAYMENT OF PAYMENT APPLICATION FEE
Payment of Fee can be done in any one of the following modes
a) Net banking-
b) Credit Card/Debit Card
Once payment is done you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Once you have received this you can proceed with the next part of registration.
c) Payment Challan
In case of fee payment through SBI bank challan you are required to pay the fee amount at designated branches of the state bank of India. Three printout of the payment challan must be made. Details need to be filled in all documents. Please note that the journal number is printed correctly on the application.
Once payment is done you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Once you have received this you can proceed with the next part of registration.
APPLICATION FORM FILLING
Once you are done with payment you can proceed to the next part of the application. During the course of the same you can also add and modify available data. Once you press the I agree option and click on submit, no changes and modification can be made and application is final.
