Kerala university offers B.Ed (bachelor of education) course through various colleges for teacher education. Subjects of Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Natural Sciences, English,Hindi, Malayalam, Home science, Arabic and commerce are offered by the university.Admission to the course is done on the basis of merit in qualifying examination.The B. Ed. Course offered by these colleges shall extend for a period of one year comprising two semesters.Eligibility:-
All those who have passed the B.A./B. Sc. Degree examination of any of the Universities in Kerala under the 10+2+3 pattern with single main and two subsidiary subjects or of any University recognized by the University of Kerala as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission
Qualifying Marks:-
(a) The minimum marks for admission to B.Ed Degree Course is 50% for Science and Arts Subjects in Part III or 50% marks in MA/M.Sc/M.Com in the concerned subject.
OR
(b) A minimum of 50% marks in BA/B.Sc degree examination for Part I English or Part II Languages viz. Malayalam, Hindi, Sanskrit & Arabic as the case may be. They should possess a Masters Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks.
Kerala University B.Ed Fee:
Tuition fee ( to be paid in two instalments

Rs.10,000/- in second semester
