Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya was founded in the year 1902 by Swami Shraddhanandaji with an aim to revive the ancient Indian Gurukula System of education and of providing an indigenous alternative to Lord Macaulay’s education policy by imparting education in the areas of Vedic literature, Indian philosophy, Indian culture, modern sciences and research.

How to apply:-
• Students can apply to University by downloading the admission form from the official website of the university or one can collect the prospectus cum application form from the university campus itself.
• Duly filled form, registration fees, required certificates and other documents must be submitted to the office on or before the last date of the submission.
Criteria for Admissions:-
• Admission will be done strictly on the merit basis of the students.
• The original entry qualification of HSC/ Diploma Certificate or Degree or Provisional Certificate and a copy attested must be submitted during the time of admission.
• Eligibility rules as specified for each course shall be strictly followed and shall not be relaxed under any circumstance.
Results:-
Results for the varied courses offered are generally announced depending upon the exams conducted. Students can view their results online through the official website of the university.
