About:-
Mizoram University is a central university under the UGC, Government of India, and was founded in the year 2001. It aims to disseminate and advance knowledge by providing instructional and research facilities in such branches of learning as it may deem fit, to make provisions for integrated courses in humanities, natural and physical sciences, social sciences, forestry and other allied disciplines in the educational programmes of the University.

• Duly filled form, registration fees, required certificates and other documents must be submitted to the office on or before the last date of the submission.

Criteria for Admissions:-
• Candidates with merit marks will only be selected for the courses provided in the university.
• The original entry qualification of HSC/ Diploma Certificate or Degree or Provisional Certificate and a copy attested must be submitted during the time of admission.
• In any of the circumstances, the eligibility rules specified by the university will not be relaxed and candidates need to follow them.

Campus:-
University is rambled over on 977 acres of land. Each branch has its own building and laboratories and each department has their own libraries and computer facilities. The campus has an auditorium, on-campus hospital, a library, a canteen, a cricket/football playground, a gymnasium, ATM facility, a post office and a co-operative store.
